Ichi Bento has great katsu, teriyaki and tempura. Their bento box is a great value. My family and I particularly like their teriyaki beef with fried rice and their chicken katsu bento box with tempura.

This has become my favorite teriyaki spot. The food is always hot and delicious, the service is always very quick and friendly and I've not been let down in any way. Only quibble is the parking lot/entrance, but there's not a whole lot they can do about that. Just be careful getting in and out when you come visit them.

Food is always amazingggg here. Their teriyaki plate is to die for. Their spicy teriyaki has a pretty good kick but doing half plate of katsu really balances it out. Definitely a place to check out and to support a local business. Ambience is warm and cozy. Service is always great, they're a super sweet business. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone!

This is now my go to local teriyaki place. Food: their food is really delicious and especially for the value. I usually get the bento box because the value is best here. I choose to get the tempura combo and since you get shrimp and vegetables with the tempura, it really is a fantastic deal. For the teriyaki, I recommend chicken teriyaki because I didn't actually care that much for the beef, but that could just be me. I've also had their Mongolian beef and that was really good as well. In general sushi and miso soup and gyoza and tempura are all solid choices. Service and ambience: their service is always fast and friendly. They do have some tables to sit so you can eat in, but I noticed that most people order to go. Even if you order to eat in, you will get your order in to go boxes so you can pack it up to take home your leftovers. Everything is plastic and Styrofoam, which is not great for the environment, but that's probably how they keep prices low.

Swung by Ichi Bento for an easy dinner as a walk-in takeout order. I love that it's close to the Shoreline South station so you can drop by quickly. Decided I should stick with the regular chicken teriyaki bento. I was told 15 minutes, but it came out faster than that. They take a lot of phone orders and are busy prepping other meals so no surprise everyone is kind of multi-tasking, but in no way did I feel ignored so that was good. The portion size is pretty generous. I think if I wasn't so hungry I could have easily split this with my wife. Chicken teriyaki flavor seemed on point although full disclosure it's been a while since I've ate these kind of meals. The bento came with extra teriyaki sauce which I thought was unnecessary given it's already really savory and sweet. The California roll is pretty good. Salad dressing is kinda sweet. Also feel like the tempura could have came with more sauce. Overall though, it's a big meal for what is normal price for food now I feel. While I didn't think the food was super delicious or amazing in anyway, the bento has real good value and if I'm needing a quick meal to really fill me up Ichi would be a good consideration.

The owners are incredibly nice. Service is really fast and portions are great. I go here weekly.

I had a few take-outs from this Mom-and-Pop shop, the portion is always so generous. Teriyaki chicken is tasty & juicy, fried rice is not greasy at all. Yes, maybe they are not the most authentic Teriyaki and attendant are busy multitasking/doing other stuff in between orders but my order always came out quick & delicious. Highly recommended!

My favorite spot for an affordable bento box! I like the katsu chicken or chicken teriyaki bento which comes with a good portion of meat, rice, 4 pieces of California roll, your choice of tempura or gyoza, salad and miso soup for $16. Most teriyaki spots charge that much or more for just the entree so it's such a good deal in my opinion! I love the breading on the katsu, it's always nice and crispy. Minor things, but I love the sweet salad dressing and tempura sauce too haha. Service is always super nice and quick!

My former teacher friend and I decided to meet up, and I found a nearby Japanese restaurant. When we arrived, we noticed that the place was small, but there was a lot of activity with customers dining in and deliveries going out! It got me really excited to try everything on the menu. I ended up choosing the bento box, which included chicken katsu, salad, prawn, California roll, and soup. It was not only delicious but also quite affordable! My friend opted for the spicy chicken dish. The only downside was that they served the food in styrofoam containers instead of pretty utensils.
